"Start Cooking, Gentlemen!"

Very enjoyable, though the subtitles can be a little slow at times. They give the gist of what's being said, though, so I'm comfortable enough with that. I nearly bust a gut laughing at the translation for Allez Cuisine ("Start cooking, Gentlemen!") though. :D

Hittori was a judge in this!

Just as a side note this maybe one of the only espisodes I know of where Hittori was a judge. I kinda wish that they would have kept all the graphics when they dubbed our english versions .. all of the 1996 episodes Ive watched have alot more visual graphics about what is going on.. Ingredient list and other factoids.

Description:	The challenger is the head of a very successful restaurant in New York. The New York Times gave his restaurant 3 stars. His grandfather is Japanese, and spent a lot of time talking to young Wayne about the culture of Japan. This episode is in Japanese with English subtitles. There are two versions of the video. A lower quality DIVX episode and a higher quality VOB.
